Working with Stacy at TGS was a wonderful experience for me from the start to finish. As some other reviews have listed, the store is by appointment only and is so nice because it allowed for a wonderful dress shopping experience. I bought a Modern Trousseau wedding dress which was “made to measure” and the thought of having a custom wedding dress had never even crossed my mind before I stepped foot into TGS. I would say I really liked my dress when I tried it on, but had something slightly different in mind. Without hesitation, Stacy told me that I could make changes (I got the Portia dress) and was looking for more of a mermaid style and she said they could drop the waist and add crioline to the bottom. I only had to pay for the crinoline and it was not very much to add (maybe $20?) My dress was not the only thing I purchased from TGS. I also purchased a beautiful Glamorama sash by Ivy and Aster, and veil and hair clip from Sara Gabriel. As if I wasn’t already sold on the feathery hair clip, when I picked it up from the store it was packaged in a beautiful box (about the size of a shoe box) with a big bow wrapped around it with a personalized heart tag on it that said: for Nicole Cooper. I was so excited to have that in my wedding pictures! It was a nice surprise. I’ll also note that I live in Ohio and Stacy had the dress shipped to me. I did not worry one bit about my dress or it arriving. Stacy kept me updated when it arrived to the shop and when she would be mailing it. She also had me check in with her after I received it. Every time I went to TGS I told Stacy I could spend all day there. I felt as though I was in a dream closet getting to try on such beautiful dresses and accessories. Stacy has amazing vendors at TGS and while some things are pricey, are definitely worth it. The quality of my dress, accessories, and customer service I received exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Stacy and TGS to any bride. – Nicole
